Team T-shirts

Here are some t-shirt designs I've created for the team to review, in no particular order.  There are many shirt/ink colors and font styles available, so if there is are adjustments or different combinations that the group would like to make, let me know and I'll mock it up for you.
The price of the shirts will vary based on the design and number of ink colors used, and range from about $13 - $26 each for these short sleeve tees. If the team would prefer long-sleeve or another style of shirt, those are available, but more expensive. The "Recycle Me" logo the team designed has like 7 colors, so that would be at the higher end of range.  As you can see, there is some stock artwork we could use in addition to, or instead of the team's project logo.

Robot game meeting

  • We had a discussion about teamwork

  • Aiden wants more positive criticizing.
  • William wants the coaches to stay the whole time, not check every few minutes.
  • We split into two teams to work on missions 5 and 9
  • At the end of every robot game meeting, we will share ideas.
Team 1 (Sammy, Chungtai, and Andy)

  • We made a new hook for our robot
  • The robot can push the person, and follow the line.
Team 2 (William, Matthew, and Aiden)

  • Made a bumper to push the person
  • Got stuck trying to make a light shield, and we decided that the light shield is not important yet.

The links to learn EV3 programming

I found some Mindstorms programming tutorials on web.
1. This web site is from lego education. It tells kids different kinds of blocks, which is the base of mindstorms programming.
http://www.lego.com/en-us/mindstorms/learn-to-program/

2. Also from Lego education. It tells kids some basic programming methodology.
https://education.lego.com/en-us/preschool-and-school/secondary/mindstorms-education-ev3/instant-success/introduction

if you search "EV3 programming tutorial" you will find a lot of similar information.

3. This is a video that Chungtai watched, "ev3 how to line move". This is a problem they need to solve.
