For Problem Solving, Team Dynamics and Communications #1 I know I need to tell how we solved it but what if we haven't solved the problem yet?

One of the problems is that sometimes we don’t work as a team and don’t help our teammates grow and learn new things, we fixed this by learning to work as a better team and work with people even if you don’t like them. You will need to accept them because your teammates are all different so you must work with them even if you don’t like them. This example shows when two partners dislike each other you could turn this situation into a time to make them become more friendly to each other.
ReplyDelete2. We solved disagreements by telling each other what we thought about a certain thing and told each other what we thought was wrong and what we thought was correct. Such as when two partners that were supposed to create a new attachment, but then they both disagree with each others idea, they can find something similar to both of their ideas and do that instead.
3. If he/she was not doing their part, we should encourage them to do what they can to help the team. If they forgot what they needed to do or what they forgot to add, we could always remind them what to do. Such as when someone gets off track be cause another person is doing something funny, you can always ask them to stop so you may focus.
4. The LYMIN Ducks FLL team does have some rules, each one is enforced and will try to stop you from doing bad things that you and your teammates do.
Core Value: We are a team because we want to collaborate and work together to combine ideas to make our products better. Such as when two people disagree with each other, they may work together and combine their thoughts to make a completely new thing.
